Production process

Composition of coating system 1. Mist spray pretreatment system The general pretreatment process is as follows: degrease → rinse → acid wash for dust removal → surface treatment → anodizing → water wash → deactivation → rinse → drying
Function: Efficiently removes grease, dust, and rust from the workpiece surface, creating a corrosion-resistant layer that enhances coating adhesion.
2. Powder spray system Function: Provides an even powder spray coating to the workpiece surface. For intricate workpieces prone to electrostatic shielding, a high-performance electrostatic spraying machine is recommended.
