Production process

Composition of coating system 1. Mist spray pretreatment system The general pretreatment process includes the following steps: degrease → rinse → acid washing for dust removal → surface treatment → anodizing → water wash → deactivation → rinse → drying.
Function: This stage is crucial for removing grease, dust, and rust from the surface of the workpiece. It establishes a corrosion-resistant layer and enhances the adhesion of subsequent coatings.
2. Powder spray system Function: This system ensures an even powder spray on the workpiece surface. For workpieces prone to electrostatic shielding, high-performance electrostatic spraying machines are used.
Spraying process: Utilizing the principle of electrostatic adsorption, this process achieves an even powder coating on the workpiece. A recycling system collects excess powder, which is then screened and separated for reuse.
3. Spraying system The spraying system comprises both manual and robotic spraying equipment.

A: We accept payments by T/T. A deposit of 30% is required for production, and the remaining 70% balance is due before delivery. We'll provide you with detailed photos of the products and packaging before you settle the balance.

A: Our standard quotation is based on FOB Qingdao. However, we are flexible and can also accommodate EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDU terms.
