Production process

Composition of coating system 1. Mist Spray Pretreatment System The general pretreatment process includes the following stages: degrease → rinse → acid washing for dust removal → surface treatment → anodizing → water washing → deactivation → rinse → drying.
Function: This stage effectively removes grease, dust, and rust from the surface of the workpiece. Additionally, it forms a corrosion-resistant layer that enhances the adhesion of the coating.
2. Powder Spray System Function: This system ensures an even powder coating on the workpiece surface. High-performance electrostatic spraying machines are employed for workpieces prone to electrostatic shielding.
