Production process

Composition of coating system 1. Mist spray pretreatment system The general pretreatment steps are as follows: degrease → rinse → acid washing for dust removal → surface treatment → anodizing → water washing → deactivation → rinse → drying.
Function: Remove grease, dust, and rust from the workpiece surface, creating a corrosion-resistant layer and enhancing coating adhesion.
2. Powder spray system Function: Evenly apply powder to the workpiece surface. High-performance electrostatic spraying machines should be used for workpieces prone to electrostatic shielding.
Spraying process: Utilizing the principle of electrostatic adsorption, an even powder coating is applied to the workpiece surface. Recycled powder is screened, separated, and reused.
