This pre-treatment system includes a hanging basket, 1 set track frame, hoist with a 1-ton load capacity, and a set of electric control system (380v, 3 phase). The system operates on the chemical reaction principle, where substrates dipped in the tank react with the liquid to effectively remove grease, scale, rust, and dirt. This process results in a superior surface on metal, ideal for quality powder coating or painting. The tank material options include plastic, cement, or stainless steel for durability and efficiency.
Electrophoretic coating is a technology where water-soluble paint is evenly coated on objects through a direct current process. The process flow includes pre-cleaning, oil removal, rust removal, phosphating, and more. This process results in a dense, high-quality paint film with excellent adhesion and resistance.

A: Normally our quotation is under FOB Qingdao, but we also accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

A: Generally, it depends on the projects because it is customized. If your voltage is different from 380V/3PH/50Hz, the delivery time will be longer for custom-made motors or electric components.
