Production process

Composition of Coating System 1. Mist Spray Pretreatment System The general pretreatment sequence is as follows: degrease → rinse → acid washing for dust removal → surface treatment → anodizing → water washing → deactivation → rinse → drying.
Function: Efficiently removes grease, dust, and rust from the workpiece surface, creating a corrosion-resistant layer and enhancing coating adhesion.
2. Powder Spray System Function: Evenly sprays powder onto the workpiece surface. High-performance electrostatic spraying machines are used for parts that are prone to creating electrostatic shields.
Spraying Process: Utilizing electrostatic adsorption principles, a uniform powder coating is applied to the workpiece surface. Recycled powder is collected, screened, and separated for reuse.
