Composition of Coating System 1. Mist Spray Pretreatment System General Pretreatment Steps: degrease → rinse → acid washing for dust removal → surface treatment → anodizing → water washing → deactivation → rinse → drying
Function: Effectively removes degrease, dust, and rust from the workpiece surface, creating a corrosion-resistant layer to enhance coating adhesion.
2. Powder Spray System Function: Ensures an even powder spray on the workpiece surface. Special workpieces, especially those prone to electrostatic shielding, are treated with a high-performance electrostatic spraying machine.
Spraying Process: Employs electrostatic adsorption to achieve a uniform powder coating on the workpiece. The recycled powder is collected, screened, and separated for reuse.
