Composition of Coating System 1. Mist Spray Pretreatment System The general pretreatment sequence is as follows: degrease → rinse → acid washing for dust removal → surface treatment → anodizing → water washing → deactivation → rinse → drying

2. Powder Spray System Function: The powder spray system ensures an even coating on the workpiece surface. Particularly challenging workpieces, including those prone to electrostatic shielding, are sprayed using a high-performance electrostatic spraying machine.
