Production process

Composition of Coating System 1. Mist Spray Pretreatment System The general pretreatment process includes the following steps: degreasing → rinsing → acid washing for dust removal → surface treatment → anodizing → water washing → deactivation → rinsing → drying.
Function: This stage effectively removes grease, dust, and rust from the workpiece surface, creating a corrosion-resistant layer and enhancing the adhesion of the subsequent coating.
2. Powder Spray System Function: The powder spray evenly coats the surface of the workpiece. Special workpieces, especially those prone to electrostatic shielding, should be sprayed using a high-performance electrostatic spraying machine.
Spraying Process: Utilizing the principle of electrostatic adsorption, this process ensures an even powder coating on the workpiece surface. The powder is collected by a recycling system, then screened and separated for reuse.
3. Spraying System The spraying system comprises both manual and robotic spraying options.
