Composition of Coating System 1. Mist Spray Pretreatment System The general pretreatment process includes: degrease → rinse → acid washing for dust removal → surface treatment → anodizing → water washing → deactivation → rinse → drying.
Function: Efficiently removes grease, dust, and rust from the workpiece surface, forming a corrosion-resistant layer and enhancing coating adhesion.
2. Powder Spray System Function: Ensures even powder distribution on the workpiece surface. Special workpieces, including those prone to electrostatic shielding, should be sprayed with a high-performance electrostatic spraying machine.
