 1. The Manual Powder Coating Booth 

The manual powder coating spray booth need to use together with the powder coating gun, air compressor and the powder curing oven (for the temperature around 200 celsius). We can supply all of them.

As the powder will melt at the temperature around 200 celsius, so we also supply the powder coating oven which need use together with the powder coating spray booth.  

 

2. Automatic Powder Coating Booth

 

 The automatic powder coating spray line include the pre-treatment, the powder coating, powder curing oven. 

 

1. Pre-treatment

Pre-treatment have three ways. We can choose one according the situation of your work piece.

The automatic powder coating booth equipment is a key part of high efficiency powder coating line system. It is not only setup for simple spraying but also comes with two step powder recovery system that is cyclone and after filter recovery units, to achieve fast color change and realize 98% powder recovery. Our powder spraying line comprises key components: powder spraying system, pretreatment equipment, painting equipment, oven, heat source system, electric control system, and suspension conveyor chain. The process flow includes pre-treatment, powder coating, and heating and curing stages.

A: Typically, our goods are securely packed using thicker bubble paper to ensure maximum protection. For added safety, some items are also packed in sturdy cartons.

A: We accept T/T payments, with 30% deposit required to initiate production and the remaining 70% balance due before delivery. We provide photographs of the products and their packaging for your review before you settle the final payment.

Q3. What are your terms of delivery?
A: Our quotations are generally based on FOB Qingdao terms. However, we are flexible and also accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDU terms to suit your requirements.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Delivery times are project-specific due to customization. If your voltage differs from the standard 380V/3PH/50Hz, additional time will be needed to accommodate custom-made motors or electric components.
