Production process

Composition of coating system 1. Mist spray pretreatment system The general pretreatment process is as follows: degrease → rinse → acid washing for dust removal → surface treatment → anodizing → water washing → deactivation → rinse → drying
Function: This system effectively removes grease, dust, and rust from the workpiece surface, creating a corrosion-resistant layer that enhances coating adhesion.
2. Powder spray system Function: The powder spray system ensures an even application of powder to the workpiece surface. A high-performance electrostatic spraying machine is used for workpieces prone to electrostatic shielding.
Spraying process: Utilizing the principle of electrostatic adsorption, an even powder coating is achieved on the workpiece surface. The powder is collected by a recycling system, then screened and separated for reuse.
