Production process

Composition of coating system 1. Mist spray pretreatment system The general pretreatment as following: degrease → rinse → acid washing to dust removal → surface treatment → anodizing →water washing →deactivation → rinse →drying
Function: Removing the degrease, dust, and rust from the surface of the workpiece, this process creates a corrosion-resistant layer, enhancing the adhesion of the coating.
2. Powder spray system Function: Powder is evenly sprayed onto the workpiece surface using a high-performance electrostatic spraying machine, even reaching areas prone to electrostatic shielding.
Spraying process: Utilizing the principle of electrostatic adsorption, powder is uniformly coated on the workpiece surface. The powder is then collected by a recycling system, screened, separated, and reused.
3. Spraying system The spraying system consists of both manual and robot spraying.
Function: Our advanced paint spraying utilizes oil spraying chambers, water curtain spraying chambers, and robot spraying chambers for optimal results.
Feature: Workpieces are identified by color lenses, allowing for high-efficiency classification. Product information is then processed by PLC and robots for accurate analysis and classification, supporting mixed product production with a high recognition rate.
