Production process

Composition of coating system 1. Mist spray pretreatment system The general pretreatment as follows: degrease → rinse → acid wash to remove dust → surface treatment → anodizing → water wash → deactivation → rinse → drying.
Function: This phase effectively removes grease, dust, and rust from the workpiece surface, creating a corrosion-resistant layer and enhancing the coating's adhesion.
2. Powder spray system Function: Ensures an even powder spray on the workpiece surface. High-performance electrostatic spraying machines are used for intricate workpieces that tend to generate electrostatic shields.
Spraying process: Utilizing electrostatic adsorption principles, a uniform powder coating is applied to the workpiece surface. The powder is then collected by a recycling system, screened, and separated for reuse.
