3. Electrodeposition: Due to electrophoresis, charged colloidal particles move towards the anode, release electrons, and form an insoluble paint film through deposition and precipitation.
4. Electroosmosis: Under an electric field, the solid phase remains stationary while the liquid phase moves. This process discharges water from the paint film, forming a dense, highly resistant paint film with minimal water content.
5. Iron red epoxy electrophoresis paint: Using a modified epoxy resin, butanol, ethanolamine, talc, and iron red, this paint, mixed with distilled water, undergoes a series of complex physical, chemical, and electrochemical changes under a DC electric field.
