This pre-treatment system includes a hanging basket, 1 set track frame, hoist with a 1-ton load capacity, and a set of electric control system (380v, 3 phase). Based on chemical reaction principles, the substrates dipped in the tank will react with the liquid to effectively remove grease, scale, rust, and dirt, resulting in a superior surface on metal for high-quality powder coating or painting. The tank material options include plastic, cement, or stainless steel.

A: Generally, we pack our goods by thicker bubble paper, some of them are packed by carton.

A: By T/T, 30% as deposit for production, and 70% balance before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: Normally our quotation is under FOB Qingdao, but we also accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it depends on the projects because it is customized. If your voltage is different from 380V/3PH/50Hz, the delivery time will be longer for custom-made motors or electric components.
