Composition of Coating System 1. Mist Spray Pretreatment System The general pretreatment process includes: degrease → rinse → acid washing for dust removal → surface treatment → anodizing → water washing → deactivation → rinse → drying.
Function: This system effectively removes grease, dust, and rust from the workpiece surface while creating a corrosion-resistant layer that enhances coating adhesion.
2. Powder Spray System Function: The system ensures an even powder coating on the workpiece surface. For workpieces prone to electrostatic shielding, a high-performance electrostatic spraying machine is used.
