Production process

Composition of Coating System 1. Mist Spray Pretreatment System The general pretreatment procedure is as follows: degreasing → rinsing → acid washing for dust removal → surface treatment → anodizing → water washing → deactivation → rinsing → drying.
Function: This system removes grease, dust, and rust from the surface of the workpiece, creating a corrosion-resistant layer and enhancing the adhesion of the coating.
2. Powder Spray System Function: The powder is sprayed evenly onto the workpiece surface. For specific workpieces, including those prone to electrostatic shielding, a high-performance electrostatic spraying machine is employed.
Spraying Process: Utilizing the principle of electrostatic adsorption, the system ensures an even powder coat on the workpiece. The powder is collected by a recycling system, screened, separated, and reused.
3. Spraying System The spraying system consists of both manual and robotic spraying options.

A: Our payment terms are T/T. A 30% deposit is required to initiate production, and the remaining 70% balance is due before delivery. We will provide you with detailed photos of the products and packaging before you make the final payment.
